As the design process begins, we maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the client. We provide on-site design & construction management, & provide details in shop drawings for construction & finishing work. Design plans are effectively enhanced, developed, & organized into a schedule, scopes of work, & a budget, before starting the building phase. All desired specifications are seen to in a creative & timely manner.
All sites are operated & supervised by a certified & insured construction management team. Our awareness of all applicable building codes & safety regulations is defined by Hecho’s ample experience in restaurant & bar construction. Our collaborative experience with architects & design firms enables us to rely upon a considerable range of skills & knowledge, & further ensures a highly professional & organized approach to the work.
Our design process is simple. We meet with the client to discuss creative possibilities for the project’s concept & function. The focus then turns to the client's objectives & functionality through schematic CAD drawings & alternate layouts. We then begin the design development process & propose lighting schemes, fixtures, & furniture. We also provide shop drawings & renderings if requested.
